2. Choose a dust-free place and avoid near high flow channels:
1) The wire cutting discharge machine itself generates a large amount of heat, so the electrical cabinet needs to be ventilated regularly.
2) The characteristics of the wire cutting discharge machine itself are that there is dust in the air, which can seriously wear down the screws of the machine, thereby affecting its service life;
3) The wire cutting discharge machine is controlled by a computer. The disks used by computers have strict requirements for dust in the air. When dust enters the disk, the disk will be damaged and the hard drive will also be damaged;
If there is too much dust in the air, it will adhere to various electrical components during ventilation, causing poor heat dissipation of electrical components and resulting in circuit board burnout. Therefore, the dust screen of the machine should be cleaned regularly.
But the processing time is too long, the threading frequency is high, and the workload is large, which increases the manufacturing cost of the template.
